Abstract
Органокатализ фосфинами успешно решает многие задачи, стоящие перед современным органическим синтезом и медицинской химией, позволяя с высокой атомной экономией, хемо- и стереоселективно получать целевые соединения с новыми связями углерод—углерод и углерод—гетероатом. В настоящем обзоре обсуждаются основные методологические аспекты, а также современные тенденции использования третичных фосфинов в органокатализе реакций алкенов, алкинов и алленов, активированных электроноакцепторными группами. Рассмотрены примеры использования данных реакций в качестве ключевых стадий в многостадийных синтезах сложных биологически активных природных соединений.
