Abstract
Реакция 10-(хлорацетил)фенотиазина с 4-арил-2-тиоксо-1,2,5,6,7,8-гексагидрохинолин-3-карбонитрилами в ДМФА в мягких условиях (25 °С, 1 ч, КОН—MeOH) приводит к образованию незамещенного фенотиазина и метиловых эфиров 3-амино-4-арил-5,6,7,8-тетрагидротиено[2,3-b]хинолин-2-карбоновой кислоты. Обсуждается возможный механизм реакции. Строение соединений подтверждено данными ИК- и ЯМР-спектроскопии, а также методом рентгеноструктурного анализа.
