Abstract

Взаимодействием 2-аминобензимидазола с (иодметил)кетонами, содержащими алифатический, ароматический или гетероароматический заместители, получены новые 1,3-дизамещенные моноиодиды и трииодиды 2-амино-1,3-бензимидазолия в мягких условиях в одну препаративную стадию. Строение синтезированных соединений подтверждено данными спектроскопии ЯМР 1Н и 13С, ИК-, УФ-спектроскопии и рентгеноструктурного анализа.
